Our responsibility lies in addressing issues arising from assembly or any errors made by us during the process. We source our products from reputable suppliers and make every effort to identify defects during assembly, though some may slip through the cracks. In the event of poorly manufactured furniture, you must contact the seller or the party from whom the item was purchased.
